01 · This specific set
What you can do with the examples.
Our licence permits personal and commercial use, copying, modification and distribution of the original example SVGs. Attribution is appreciated but not required. This applies to the twelve files in the free example package. Read the complete licence.
In a website or app
Use the icons for navigation, actions or other graphic elements. You can adjust their colour and size.
In a client project
The permitted commercial use covers these example files. Keep the licence with the project so the client can trace their source.
In a planner or template
You can incorporate the SVGs into a design. Tell buyers accurately which parts you made and which parts you reused.
As modified or unchanged files
Copying, modification and distribution are explicitly allowed. This gives neither you nor a buyer exclusive rights.
02 · The boundaries
The permission belongs to these files.
The licence grants no trademark rights. Do not claim exclusive authorship of unchanged examples or describe the demonstration as evidence of demand or sales. The files are supplied without warranty. These limits are part of the example licence.
Your own AI draft is a separate case.
The example licence does not cover third-party software, models, images or newly generated AI outputs. Check the conditions for those files, your inputs and any recognisable brands or characters. A prompt or a matching style does not transfer this licence to other content.
If a project requires exclusive rights, our freely distributed examples cannot prove them. Changing a colour or stroke width does not automatically make a publicly available symbol exclusive.
03 · Before implementation
Start with a small rights folder.
- Record the source.Keep the download address, date and package name with the files.
- Retain the licence text.Include the actual
LICENSE-icons.txtin the project. A screenshot of the word “free” does not replace it. - Check added content separately.A font, photograph or model may have different conditions from the SVG example.
- Describe your contribution accurately. For example: “Includes adapted ICON INCOME example icons; the remaining layout is my own.” You may give voluntary attribution.
- Test the actual file.Check recognition, size, colour and its real destination. A permitted use does not establish suitability for your app.
This page explains our own example licence. It does not grant blanket permission for third-party content or promise an automatic legal check.
Common questions about the example set.
Can I use the examples in a paid product?
Yes. The actual example licence permits commercial use, copying, modification and distribution. Do not represent the set as exclusive, and retain the licence text.
Do I have to credit ICON INCOME?
Attribution is appreciated, but it is not required for this example set. Other files may have different conditions.
Can I reuse this licence for my own AI icons?
This permission covers only our original examples. Before making your own offer, state where the files came from, which rights you can grant and which conditions apply to your tools.
Why is the download freely accessible?
You can try the files without registering or clicking an advert. Any future expanded offer needs a clear additional benefit.
